There are some things to smile about the past two years.

Or Boy checking on his baby chicks. He was hilarious. Every morning he wanted to go into the workshop and check on them. As they got bigger he seemed to gain a lot of joy in letting them try to peck his tongue through the mesh. Weird, I know. But he would do that, they would peck at him and then he would chuckle about it. When they were big enough, you could hold one up for him, he would look it in the eye and do some possessive rubbing on their little feathery backs and look them in the eye again.
One day getting ready to teach children’s church, I found where the building was plugged into power. . .
